Experience:Being admitted to the practice of law in Ohio and to the Federal Bar in 2004, my practice involves all facets of real estate litigation including landlord and tenant related matters, fair housing disputes, mechanic's liens, construction law, and real estate transactions disputes.I have litigated cases in state and federal court, at state and federal Courts of appeals, in bankruptcy court representing real estate related creditors, and in arbitrations with the American Arbitration Association.I also specialize in zoning, variance, rezoning and planning issues.I serve on the City of Grandview Board of Zoning Appeals, I am a member of the Columbus Apartment Association Public Policy Committee, the Ohio Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association.
